FAQ

Common questions

Are you a franchise?
No. Go Garage Doors is an independent, family-backed company. Our operators have decades of home-services experience and we're building the brand here in Raleigh first.
Where are you located?
2700 Sumner Blvd, Suite 160, Raleigh, NC 27616, in northeast Raleigh just off I-540, which is why same-day coverage across the Triangle is realistic.
Are your technicians employees or subcontractors?
Employees: background-checked, trained, in marked vans and uniforms.
What brands do you carry?
Amarr and Clopay doors; LiftMaster, Genie and Chamberlain openers; and we repair every major brand regardless of where you bought it.
Do you hold a state trade license?
North Carolina issues no garage-door-specific trade license, and residential garage door work does not require a state license below the general-contractor threshold. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance in North Carolina.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and we will send a certificate on request.
Who comes to my home?
Our own W-2 technicians, background-checked, in marked vans and uniforms. We do not use subcontractors.
What does the satisfaction guarantee cover?
If you are not happy with our workmanship, tell us and we will come back to make it right. The written terms are on your invoice.
