A general maintenance visit is $89 per door. Programming a remote or keypad we bring is $39.95 plus the device, and programming one you supply is $125. Most Genie and LiftMaster opener installs come to around $699. There is no trip fee, and you approve the exact price before any work starts.

How our pricing works
When we install our own parts, labor is included in the price. We charge labor on its own only when we install parts we did not supply, such as an opener you bought, or when a repair needs no parts. Estimates on new doors are free and good for 30 days.
