Bead Board, Long Bead Board and Recessed panels bring the carriage house look to Hillcrest in stamped steel.
Hillcrest is where the Amarr steel carriage house range begins. The carriage detail is stamped into the steel itself, and the line comes in single-, double- or triple-layer construction. A door can therefore be a plain steel skin or an insulated section, depending on the garage. Insulation is optional, in 1-3/8 inch or 2 inch polystyrene, and insulated doors reach R-values from 6.48 to 9.05.
There are 3 panel designs: Bead Board, Long Bead Board and Recessed. Decorative hardware and a long window list dress them up. Window options include Clear, Stockton, Prairie, Cathedral, Cascade, Waterford, Wagon Wheel and Sunray, plus closed sections for a solid door. The result suits a farmhouse, a ranch or a craftsman bungalow equally well.
The color chart runs to 10, from True White and Almond through Charcoal Gray to Walnut and Mahogany. The steel is heavy-gauge, finished in a 5-layer paint system for durability, and WindPro reinforcement is available for high-wind building codes. Quiet Door is a listed feature across the line.
