Carriage House
Bridgeport Inlay garage doors
Shaker-style recessed panels with inlaid trim, so a clean modern door picks up carriage house character.
Bridgeport Inlay begins with the recessed shaker panel of the Bridgeport door and adds inlaid trim across the face. The trim traces the outline a pair of swing-out doors would have. The carriage house read comes from lines set into the surface, not from a thick overlay on top of it. The result is flatter and crisper than a traditional overlay door, and it sits well beside square-edged trim and board-and-batten siding.
It suits a modern farmhouse, a craftsman that wants restraint, or a townhome row where a heavy carriage door would feel overdone. The door is steel, offered with and without insulation, so the same face works on a detached garage or an attached one.
