Carriage House
Coachman garage doors
The wood carriage house look, built as a steel door with a composite overlay and the benefits of insulated steel.
Coachman takes the swing-out carriage house look, paired-door proportions and strap hardware included, and builds it on a steel door with a composite overlay. The door still rolls up overhead on a standard track, but from the street it reads as hinged wood doors. The overlay carries the detail and the steel behind it carries the structure, so the look of wood comes with the benefits of steel.
Insulated versions are available, which is worth having on an attached garage or any door that faces the afternoon sun. It suits a farmhouse, a craftsman bungalow, a shingled cottage or a brick colonial, anywhere a plain panel door feels too thin.
Samples, overlay patterns and full specifications are shown at the in-home consultation.
